拥护中国共产党的领导，具有良好师德修养。海内外知名大学人文学科相关专业博士后或博士毕业生；或在相关学术领域有较大影响、具有知名大学博士学位的中青年教授。具备良好的教学和科研创新能力，并已取得优秀的研究成果。博士后出站人员原则上不超过35岁，博士毕业生原则上不超过30岁，应聘优秀青年学术骨干人才的教授不超过45岁（成就突出者年龄限制可适当放宽）。 |
二、报名时间及要求
长期接受报名。报名者请将如下应聘材料面呈或寄送至武汉大学文学院。
1.个人申请(打印件应有本人亲笔签名)。
2.学习及工作简历。应届毕业生须提供学校就业部门统一发放的毕业生就业推荐表。
3.学历学位证书、获奖证书、工作计划、5篇（部）代表性论文（含A&HCI、SSCI、SCI、EI、CSSCI等收录论文的检索报告）或著作关键章节、博士学位论文复印件或原件。国（境）外取得学历学位者，须提供教育部留学服务中心出具的《国（境）外学历学位认证书》复印件，原件面试时审核。
4.不少于三位同行专家推荐信（本人导师不超过一位），推荐人需出具单位在职证明。

ACADEMIC FIELDS AND MAJORITIES
1. Modern and Contemporary Chinese literature.
2. Ancient Chinese literature.
3. Theory of Literature, Literary Criticism and Art Theories.
4. Comparative Literature and World Literature.
5. Chinese Classical Studies, Book History and Ancient Chinese Philology.
6. Linguistics and Applied Linguistics.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experienced professors with significant influences and outstanding academic achievements.
2. Post-doctors or doctors who graduated from well-known universities world-wide.
REQUIRED APPLY DOCUMENTS:

3.Copies of publications (such as books, A&HCI、SSCI、SCI、EI、CSSCI papers ), dissertation, research project material and academic awards certificates. Those who got their degree overseas should provide original and copy of the Academic Degree Certification issued by CSCSE Ministry of Education. The original will be returned once the verification is completed.
4.At least three Recommendation letters issued by professors in the same field（advisors and tutors not included）. Institution employment certificates of the referrers should be provided.
